WHAT IS THE PICK UP ARTIST 2?
In THE PICK-UP ARTIST 2, eight misfits will live together and learn together as they compete for the title of "Master Pick-Up Artist." Over the course of eight episodes, the men will learn the ins and outs of the Mystery Method, as Mystery teaches these average guys how to turn the women of their dreams into the women of their reality.

To have fun! And maybe land a spot on The Pick Up Artist 2. You'll be part of an exclusive VH1 community where all of America can check you out. Create your own profile, post videos and photos and blog, get insider information regarding the show, and earn a chance to become an actual cast member on The Pick Up Artist 2. HOW DOES THE CASTING WORK?
-Sign up and create your casting profile.
-Submit your own video, photos and blog.
-Convince people to vote for you.
The casting consists of four Rounds, and the person who makes it to the final round and then receives the most votes becomes the final cast member in the The Pick Up Artist 2. The winner will be announced on the season premiere of The Pick-Up Artist Season 2.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ACTUALLY GET A SPOT ON THE SHOW?
Only one person gets a spot in the house, and that's the lucky guy who makes it through each round and then receives the most votes. So get busy!
CAN I BE CAST?
Of course! - Anyone over the age of 21 (or you must be 21 by June 1, 2008) who registers and creates a casting profile, has a chance to land that last spot in the house. If you enter the casting process the possibilities are endless. Enter your profile, follow the casting guidelines, and get every person you know (and every person they know) to vote for you.
HOW DO I GET THE FINAL SPOT?
That part's simple. You land the spot by moving through each round of casting and getting the most votes.
WHAT KIND OF VIDEO OF ME ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
Each Round asks for a different type of video, so get the specifics. But overall, show us who you are, what you're all about, why you need Mystery’s help, and why the heck you deserve our vote.
HOW LONG CAN MY VIDEO SUBMISSIONS BE?
Each round has different specifics, but please nothing longer than 3 minutes. Put some real imagination into it—we don't want to see you just sitting there - try to make it interesting. Remember, America has a lot of videos to watch.
CAN I UPLOAD MORE VIDEOS THAN ARE REQUIRED?
Yes! Once you've met your submission requirements, you can upload up to 5 videos per round.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I NEED TO POST?
You must post at least three photos of yourself to be in the casting, one of which must be a headshot (that would be a photo of your face.) The others can be of you in any pose or setting. And remember, we only want to see you, not you and your 13 friends.
CAN I POST ADDITIONAL PHOTOS?
Absolutely, post away. But keep in mind, you should only post the best of the best. Remember, you're trying to get votes, not chase us away.
WHAT IF I DON'T FOLLOW THE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES?
Get real, you know what happens. Unfortunately, if you don't follow the casting guidelines [rounds specifics link] your profile will be shown the door and you will be disqualified. So be sure to READ!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO POST THE REQUIRED SUBMISSION CONTENT UP?
It's different for each Round:
* For Round 1, you have from 10:00pm (EST) March 17, 2008 to 11:59PM (EST) May 4, 2008, to get your profile up and make sure it meets all the casting requirements.
* In Round 2, you have from 12:00AM (EST) May 5, 2007 until 11:59PM (EST) May 7, 2008 to post your required follow-up content and complete all additional casting requirements.
* For Round 3, you have from 12:00AM (EST), May 8, 2008 until 6:00PM (EST), May 9, 2008.
* For Round 4, you have from 6:01PM (EST), May 9, 2008 until 6:00PM (EST), May 12, 2008. There are no requirements for Round 4. The top 3 vote getters from Round 3 will move on to Round 4 and the winner will be announced on the season premiere of The Pick-Up Artist Season 2.

MY VIDEO'S UP, BUT I DON'T LIKE IT. CAN I TAKE IT DOWN?
Only the site administrator may remove a video posting - so think before you act, and make sure you've got it right posting it. To remove a video, click here to send us the request.
CAN I EDIT MY PROFILE?
Once you've logged in to your account, just click on ‘edit profile' to change personal account information (address, phone, tags, password). But remember, you can't change your username. So choose wisely and spell correctly!
I UPLOADED MY VIDEO, BUT IT'S NOT ON MY PROFILE.
It can take up to 24 hours for your video to be encoded and checked by our video patrol before it can be posted to your account. Also our site administrator must police, er... review and approve. So follow the guidelines, it speeds up the process!
HOW MUCH DOES VIDEO QUALITY MATTER?
Again, you're trying to get votes. So it matters! Take the time to make your video look as good and professional as possible. Pay attention to the simple stuff - make sure you can be seen and heard clearly.
WHEN DO I FIND OUT IF I'VE MADE IT THROUGH TO THE NEXT ROUND?
At the end of each round we'll contact the profiles who have the most votes via email and will move you to the next round. You'll also be told what you need to do to continue in the casting call.
IF I HAVE A TON OF VOTES AND I’M NEAR THE TOP, THEN WHAT HAPPENS?
If you are among the top contestants with the most votes, to remain in the competition, you will also have to sign a contract and consent to the following testing; background, psychological, and medical. The producers will contact you and give you all the details. You must pass all the required testing to remain eligible to become a cast member.

From the homepage, just click on the icon below a profile image. If you're visiting a particular profile, look for the ‘vote for me' tab on the right-hand side of the page. Vote away!

HOW DO WE KNOW WHO'S LEADING THE VOTE?
From the homepage, go to the ‘Who's Leading' tab for a listing of the profiles with the highest number of votes. For Rounds 1 through 3, the vote tally for each individual casting hopeful is posted on their profile. Round 4 is a blind voting round, meaning the vote counts will not be displayed. This way you'll be surprised when the winner is announced on the season premiere of The Pick-Up Artist Season 2!
WHAT IF I'M TOO LATE FOR ROUND 1 OPEN REGISTRATION?
Unfortunately no new Contestant profiles will be accepted after round 1 ends. The later you enter, the more you'll need votes so get going! For more info check out the official competition guidelines.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A SPOT ON THE CAST AND JUST WANT TO SURF THE SITE?
Go for it. This site is a community for Pick-Up Artist 2 fans. Sign up, hang out, create a fan profile, vote, blog with your friends. You do not have to be part of the casting process to have fun on this site. But the more fun you have, the more you'll be rewarded by earning new virtual casting positions.
