Clearly VH1 overlooked quite a few great people. I want to offer my sincerest thanks to all the people who voted for me on a daily basis including all my home town friends who really busted their butts for me. I don't have many friends and to be honest I never thought I'd get over 50 votes...I pretty much tripled that. It takes acts like that to make a person realize just how much others truely do care about them. I'd like to thank Speed for mentioning me in his last blog. Its a great feeling to know people in other states can reach out through this interweb thing and band together. That being said I'd also like to thank Snickers for being there for me from the first day I popped up on this site. You rock man! I'd also like to thank Voodoobluez for throwing some support to a fellow Tennessean. Quinekap you're a great person for supporting me every day also even though there were hundreds of others on this site. Qzilla you're awesome man and I thank you also. All the people in my mansion deserved to be on the show and I still hope you guys will make the cut. I pray that VH1 will pick more from this site. All you guys in my mansion deserve to be on this show.

So I think I've played GTA4 throughly enough to know that I LOVE IT! First off it is actually a pretty good facsimile of my beloved former stomping grounds New York City. Every major monument and landmark you can think of thats in the real city is in Liberty City just with a new name. I walked down Times Square, or what they call Star Junction, to Grand Central Terminal just like I always used to do. I took a stroll around Middle(Central)Park and looked for the zoo unfortunately it wasn't there. Its nice to suspend real life every once and a while and think back on fond times. I miss NYC, but at least I can pretend to be there whenever I want.

So this tuesday is a day I've been looking forward to for a very long time. Grand Theft Auto 4 comes out. I've played pretty much every GTA game in the series from the top down versions on the ps1 and dreamcast on to the psp versions. So far my favorite of the series has to be Vice City for the ps2. I'm a huge fan of the 80's so it was like a dream come true for me. Not to mention any game you can do a drive by while listening to michael jackson gets my vote. The voice acting in that game was also superb. From what my friends are telling me GTA4 is going to blow all the other games out of the water. I look forward to spending time driving around the newly redesigned Liberty City while listening to some of my favorite comedians and talk show hosts play silly roles on the radio stations. I also am very curious to see if what I heard is true and that they tried to get Liberty City to look a lot like NYC. I've been to NYC quite a few times and I know the layout of downtown very well. I'd like to see if it takes the same amount of blocks to get from Grand Central Terminal to Times Square. Well I'll give you all my review when I get my hands on the game tuesday.

So last night I decided to leave my computer, World of Warcraft, and problems at home. As I've said in my profile I used to be a DJ so I still have a lot of DJ friends. Last night I decided to go out and listen to a few of them spin records at a local venue. I was very surprised to see how many people turned up. I guess the statewide smoking ban in restaurants really bolstered the crowd since the event took place outdoors. Much to my surprise people just started coming up to me and saying how awesome it was I am trying out for this show. I've never been popular before so all the alcohol that came my way free of charge was quite awesome. Good music, good friends, and free booze. I have to say it was probably the best night I've had in a very long time. The only downside was I was extremely hung over today at work. Being outdoors for 10 hours in the hot sun with a hangover is no picnic. It was all worth it though.

For the first time in my life I can say I'm feeling like I'm a part of something. I decided to sign up for this on a whim not expecting too much, but the outpour of support I've gotten is really touching. Friends in my life who I never thought would support me making this decision have been nothing but generous. Even if I do not make it on the show I have to give each and every one of you who come and vote for me every day my sincerest thanks. To all my World of Warcraft buddies I promise to keep at this and make you all proud. To all the lovely ladies who come by and vote for me it is a good feeling knowing what I have typed and said touched you enough for a vote, thanks. I promise to keep at this and give it my all. I ask everyone who has voted for me to continue to do so. Maybe we'll turn some heads yet.

For the longest time I have tried to figure out what exactly is wrong with me that keeps all females from even giving me the time of day. I know I'm a big guy, but I've seen bigger guys with females. I do take good care of myself and try to look my best when going out to places. I always had tried my best to be friendly and approachable when at clubs, but I've only been laughed at when I ask girls their names. The one time I thought a girl was interested in me turned out to be a ploy just to get me to buy her a drink. Of course being the sucker I am I did. She quickly walked away without saying anything after the fact. I guess its pretty much been like that for me my entire life. I've always been nice to females and have gotten nothing back in return, ever. Lately I have been trying to act like a complete blase jerk, but of course that doesn't work either. I definitely need some advice about what I should do. I'm confident Mystery can help me out, but if I don't get the chance to meet him I'd like some advice from some others maybe.

So I guess I can use this blog to post a little bit more about me. Well I'm 27 and I currently live in Tennessee. I'm originally from New York, but I moved down here when I was a little kid. I refused to pick up the southern accent so from the beginning I was looked down on. Being a big person was another minus down here. The girls down here only talk to the scrawny redneck and preppie guys. In my free time I play a lot of video games right now. I used to be a house DJ until it started conflicting with other things I had going on in my life. The only thing I get any pleasure from now is cooking, which I unfortunately don't do a lot of lately. I do a lot of writing while I'm at my job and have a couple of my stories posted on my myspace blog. I love horror movies and hope to be a screenwriter one day. This is a desperate plea from a desperate man. Over the internet I have no trouble talking to women, but when it comes to meeting them face to face I completely freeze up. I need help and I believe this show is the perfect opportunity for me.
