Where I've been lately!

Well folks, I have admittedly dropped the ball.

During the first week I was on I was campaigning like crazy, asking for votes, and getting my name out there. But this week, and part of last week, I seemed to have trailed off.

Why?

Well, I had a great idea for a website, and I jumped at it as soon as I could, and that left little time for the attempt to get onto the show.

Does that worry me? No. And here's why:

This show is about getting off of your ass and getting things done. The reason I want to be on the show is because I have problems doing those things, especially when it comes to women. I get comfortable with where I am and lose focus as to where I want to be.

This site that I'm working on is giving me plenty of motivation to turn into focus. It will undoubtedly bring me a ton of fun, and new contacts and friends.

Basically, if I can do for myself what I would hope to learn to do on the show, why spend a crazy amount of time trying to get onto the show? Mystery trained himself, right?

That being said, I'd still love your votes, and would love to be on the show. But I've got other, bigger things to do than to spend my time begging for votes.

Isn't that the point of the show, anyway?

:)

Another vid on the way...

Hey all,

Thanks for throwing your votes my way! I really appreciate it!

I'm writing for a couple of reasons. First, I want to let everyone know that I uploaded another video and it should be up by tomorrow. It's the official application video, going over all of the things that need to be talked about according to the rules.

Second, I feel like venting about the apparent CHANGE IN THE RULES for applying.

When I first came to the site the rules said (and I have a really good memory for these things) that the people who received the top twenty votes would be brought to the producers and from them, the 8 housemates would be picked...

This has been changed. As if it were an April Fool's Day joke, yesterday, and today, the site reads that only the person with the highest amount of votes will win a spot in the house, no one else has a chance.

This Blows.

What's the reason for this change? I can't be certain. But I can make an educated guess.

What might have happened is that a talent agent in LA made a deal with the producers of the show and agreed to stock the house with seven guys in exchange for his clients' air time. That leaves only one spot...

So... if anyone has any better ideas about what went down behind the scenes of the rule change, let me know!

Don't forget to vote for me! :-D

Vids...

Hey all, thanks for stopping by my page!

Just some 411: I've posted new videos in the past few days since I saw votes start streaming in. They're all about me. An introduction, one about my hobby, one about my education, and some more.

Stop by often to check when they've been approved, and I hope you enjoy!

Thanks for all of your support!
