I GET OUT OF BED. PUT SOME POSITIVE THOUGHTS IN MY HEAD. BEGIN MY DAY WITH PRAYER, A PLAN A PURPOSE, AND A GET-IT- DONE ATTITUDE. I ESTABLISH MY PRIORITIES, DELEGATE DUTIES AND DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL THINGS..
I SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS, CLASS,OR WORK ON TIME. IM SOMEONE OTHER CAN DEPEND ON AND COUNT ON.
I DON'T ALLOW ANY ONE OR ANY THING TO STEAL MY JOY. DEPRESSION, GRIEF AN ANGER ARE JOY STEALERS, I WEAR A SMILE, AN TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND REMEMBER. IM TO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED.
IM OPTIMISTIC. INCREASED FAITH IN GOD AN IN MY OWN STRENGTH GIVES ME PEACE TO NOT PANIC. I LET GO OF PAIN AND ON TO THE PROMISE OF GOD. IF I HAVE A SET BACK OR DELAY. I CANCEL THE PITY PARTY.
